1.What is my API interface login? How do I use it?
Your API login is the same as the shop front account. Just create a free online account by clicking the button of ‘My Account’ in the top-right corner, you can then be up and go. Any change on the shop front, for example, your recharge will sync with your API account in our cloud database instantly.
2. I saved my user name and password, but I still needed to manually enter my password when I tried to login the API interface.
Mac System might automatically select the user name when there is only one on the list. Just delete one character on the user name to enable the dropdown list, and then reselect the user name on it.
3. I clicked the ‘Data Integrity Check’ button and saved the data file, but the API interface still failed to send the file.
After the Data Integrity Check, all errors should be fixed first and then re-press the button. If you are sure there is no errors, clear the column E in tab ‘Data Check Result’, save and try again.
4. Is the cloud database the mandatory part of the app? That is, if I use the service, do I have to use the cloud database at the same time?
No. Our cloud database is optional. All the templates are standalone data carriers. For example, you can just send the data template of ‘186 application’ to your client to fill. After you get the file back from your client, you can then send the file directly through our secured interface. That means, the online lodgment for your client’s 186 application will be done in a couple of minutes right away.
5. I want to fill the Form 80, what should I do?
Our form filling service can do it for you in seconds, yes it will be done in seconds. You should have the data file ‘form 80’ ready beforehand. The data file ‘form 80’ is one of our standalone templates. The data file can be filled:
• by your clients
• by yourself
• use our cloud database for auto-population
• by your clients
• by yourself
• use our cloud database for auto-population
6. I clicked the button ‘Upload’ to try to fill my immi online forms. After some moments, the chrome explorer opened automatically, but it was gone immediately.
Please make sure you have stable internet connection. This might also be the reason of the incompatible versions between the chrome explorer and the API driver. Please check your chrome explorer version and download the related chrome driver, replace the one inside the folder of ‘drivers’ in your API directory.
